An engineer by training and a management professional by craft, he has spent his career advising and delivering for some of the world's leading consulting and services firms, including Deloitte, Genpact and PwC, where he serves today.
Across these firms he has built a reputation for disciplined execution — turning strategy into delivery, structuring complex programmes, and holding work to a standard of precision and accountability. It is exactly this rigour that he now lends, without a rupee of personal gain, to the institutions of Shivhari Dharma Foundation Trust.
As a Trustee of the Foundation and the Managing Director of Jaitrinath Arogya Sansthan, he carries the planned charitable hospital from vision to reality — translating his father's conviction into blueprints, budgets, phases and milestones. Where the founder brings the heart, Akshay brings the hands and the discipline to build something that will endure.
