Shivhari Dharma Foundation Trust continues the work of its predecessor body, the Hari Narayan Jha & Shiv Narayan Jha Educational and Social Support Trust, under a fresh deed and registrations completed in 2026. A three-tier governance structure separates trusteeship, institutional management and independent advice.
Board of Trustees
The Trust's apex body, responsible for its objects, assets and compliance. Chaired by Founder & Managing Trustee Shri Shrishti Narayan Jha, with fellow trustees who serve in an honorary capacity.
Hospital Governing Council
Oversees the planning and operation of Jaitrinath Arogya Sansthan, led by Managing Director Akshay Narayan. Brings clinical, financial and operational discipline to the project.
Board of Advisors
An independent body offering strategic guidance, chaired by Shri Mantreshwar Jha (former IAS). Provides experienced, arms-length counsel on direction and integrity.

Financial Accountability
We hold ourselves to the same standard of disclosure we would expect of any institution we support.
Accounts are independently audited every year by a qualified Chartered Accountant.
100% of funds are applied to the Trust's charitable objects; no part is distributed to trustees as profit.
Funding is phase-gated — each phase of the hospital begins only once it is fully funded.
80G receipts are issued for every eligible donation, and books are maintained per the Income-Tax Act.

As a newly registered trust at the start of its flagship project, we are publishing documents as they become available. This library will grow each year.

Donations can be directed to a specific phase or facility — an OPD block, the ICU, diagnostics or equipment — and major gifts carry naming-rights recognition. Every eligible gift receives an 80G receipt.
